All packages are shipped via USPS. Once your package leaves the warehouse, delivery is in the hands of USPS. Any issues with delivery such as your tracking reflecting delivered and you have not received your item, please contact USPS.  

Customer's shipping information: All customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Customers have 24 hours to contact Poise~N Boutique via email at info@poisenboutique.co to update or correct shipping information. Poise~N Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. No product replacements for incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

 

Lost, Misdelivered or Stolen Packages: Poise~N Boutique is not responsible for replacing products or issuing refunds for packages lost, misdelivered or stolen while in transit by (USPS) or other shipping vendors. Customers should contact their local post office for all delivery matters once the package has been shipped by Poise~N Boutique .

 

Processing and Shipping Times: Processing and shipping time will be delayed in the event of bad weather, postal service delay and/or emergencies once they have left Poise~N Boutique.
