Refund policy

No Refunds: Due to the intimate nature of our items, we cannot offer refunds/exchanges. We will issue store credit/gift card (See below what specific issues qualify). 

All Sales are Final: Due to the nature of our items; intimate apparel and exotic accessories that may come into contact with bodily fluids, they cannot be returned.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your item. If you received an item not as described or ordered we will issue a store credit/gift card minus shipping only. 

We have a 10-day claim submission policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item (confirmed as delivered by tracking) to request a store credit/gift card if it falls within the Damages and Issues category such as:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Wrong Item


To be eligible for store credit/gift card your claim must include the following:

  • Name, shipping address, email address used to place the order and order # 
  • clear photos of defect, damage or wrong item
  • receipt or proof of purchase i.e. order confirmation, packaging slip
  • your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Credit/Gift Card Claim Processing Time: If approved, you will be automatically issued a store credit/gift card to be used for future purchase. We will issue store credit/gift card minus shipping cost. Please remember it can take up to 10 days to review and process your claim. We will email you once your store credit/gift card minus shipping has been issued. 

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get the item you would like is to make a separate purchase for the new item using your own personal credit card or debit card. We cannot expedite store credit/gift card issuance.
